Location was great. The facility itself is very old and neglected. Bathrooms were very old and some showers didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was too warm and AC didn’t work and also was at least 30 years old.0

No air conditioning and the rooms were too hot . The handles on the windows were broken so I couldn’t open the window in the rooms. Went to ask staff if there was an ice machine . Was looked at funny because apparently I should have know it was broken . Pool had so much chlorine that it burned my skin .

We will go back again as it was a great location with everything we needed without the use of our vehicles - friendly and quick to help staff!

Property is close to BC Place and had 2 different late night food choices available across the street.
