The hotel is very nice and well-kept. The suite was very spacious. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and close to many good shops.

Love staying here when attending opera performances- so close to Queen Elizabeth Theater and lots of dining within walking distance. Comfy beds, spacious rooms & nice to have kitchen facilities. Staff are so friendly- shout to Tim who goes above & beyond to make us feel welcome!

Loved the location and easy check in and check out!
Great location, nice bed, small kitchen and good couch. You have a beautiful city view from the rooms!!
Reasonable parking rates.
But apart from these, Cleaning and room service was not good, even after several calls to the customer service, barely responded to our call. Property is quite old. Low lights, dint get help when needed

Main problem was the bathroom
It was small, NO WALK IN SHOWER AND NO HANDRIL IN
ITHE BATH TUB
I AM 90 YEARS OLD AND THIS WAS SCARY
I had trouble with the Kerrie coffee maker, but the houseman showed me how to use it and gave me lots of coffee

Thank you for all your feedback. For your information at least 50% of our bathrooms have handrails. We do have one walk in shower and we are planning to convert more. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This is our go to place every time we’re in Vancouver. The suites are great, the location is perfect. I highly recommend this amazing hotel.
