Was pleased that we could check in early, and that a shuttle to the airport was available every half hour as we had a 6 A.M. flight out the next day.

The hotel tried to put me in a room knowingly that the AC was broken then didn’t have an equivalent or better room to move me to. The service was substandard at check in and limited services. Needless to say I’ll never return.

Bed was very comfortable, room was clean and quiet. It had a room safe. I would have been nice if there was bottled water in the room. The vending machine on the first floor was sold out of water. Steakhouse was great and I loved that there was a Denny’s at the hotel. Small Starbucks in the Lobby too, no oat milk though. Free shuttle was great too. Would definitely stay here again!!

Front check in staff was aloof and unfriendly. Very unfriendly when we questioned breakfast cost of parking. Turns out we had called the wrong location although their unfriendliness and lack of help was unappreciated.
