A little off the beaten path but situated in a neighborhood with plenty of options. Staff was courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a quiet hotel! Gianluca and Federica were amazing staff and made sure everything was taken care of as soon as possible!
While they're not fancy rooms, the little things such as the hand soap and body wash make up for it! I was especially lucky with the balcony where I was able to overlook the courtyard and hear the daily chatter!

Great room and great hosts
Posted Jul. 18, 2023 on HotelsWe arrived via an overnight train from Rome and we were very pleased to be able to check in early in the morning.
Not only was our room air conditioned and inviting, we had a small set of stair to our bathroom and a door leading to a small little patio space.
12 min from the train station and easy to find after getting lost in Venice constantly.
Thank you for a wonder stay.

Overall, the hotel was very nice! It met my expectations for a clean but affordable hotel and the rooms were very well maintained. The staff was very helpful. My only complaints are that the hot water was very limited, and the rooms were not soundproof, which was unfortunate given the guests arriving and leaving at all hours of the night.

Great stay. The room was clean, AC was cold. The only thing was they didn't have an elevator so you have to carry your luggage. Overall, great stay and an amazing staff!

The facility is clean & has easy access to transportation (14 mins walk to the train station and water bus). Restaurants and shops within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay there. Thx for hosting us.

Great location. We were able to walk to many places we wanted to go. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Venice is amazing!
