The cutest house!
Posted May 20, 2024 on HomeAwayThis house was exactly as described! Very cute, clean and with all the amenities. The house book was very helpful. Checkin/out was a breeze, great communication. Location was very close to beach which was a plus! I would highly recommend and have already had someone ask for the info. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Clean and great location
Posted Mar. 17, 2024 on HomeAwayThe house was exactly as advertised, clean, and welcoming. The property manager had to reach out to us and she was very pleasant. Location was great and near Casperson Beach and the pier. Pool was also clean.

Perfect place to stay for a girl’s getaway

The house had everything you could need, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, coffee, tea, laundry soap, dish soap. There was even a welcome gift of a bottle of wine! The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We loved eating at Sharky’s and looking for sharks teeth on Caspersen Beach. Would definitely recommend this property!

This was a beautiful home and tastefully decorated! Very comfy and homey! We had a group of 7 and everyone was comfortable! We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great stay
Posted Feb. 29, 2024 on HomeAwayThis property was just as listed, maybe even better!! We had a fantastic stay at Villa Portofino. Location was great, easily walkable to the beach near the house, Venice Beach was a very short drive. Hospitality tray when we arrived complete with a bottle of wine!! Pool was wonderful, Elena and team were very responsive to some questions and a few items that needed attention. We would definitely book this place again. Thanks for a wonderful time. Sally B.

Great location
Posted Feb. 13, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed with our family for a long weekend getaway. House was clean and great neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and Sharky’s. Car recommended to go downtown. Pool was nice but we didn’t really use as we went to the beach. She provided a nice welcome tray with wine and snacks. I would recommend this home.

Convenient place for two couples and larger families
