Proximité des commerces et des autoroutes ,un peut bruyant sur le passage de la rue.

thank you for your review of SoLo Suites. Goldstream Ave is a main road in Langford and if you are not use to vehicle noise some guests may find it a little loud.

Etablissment près d'un golf et du parc golstream ,bien situé pour visiter differents sites. Chambre très propre , moderne, bien équipée : lave-vaisselle ,cuisinière , frigo et lave- linge. Par contre, fait surprenant pour l'endroit, il n'y avait pas de table pour manger et possédait qu'une seule chaise. Il serait apprécié d'avoir une petite table à l'extérieur et Plus que nécessaire d'avoir une table à l'intérieur.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the time you took to let us know how we are doing. The studio suites provide a desk eating area, although is does only allow for one person. We offer two picnic tables on site, one on the 6th floor with a BBQ and one on the main floor courtyard, which allows for an eating area. Granted, not everyone likes to have their dinner outside. There is also a small side table in the suite that could be used as a tv style tray.

It was very clean and comfortable but the furniture is really worn. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My children and I spent 10 days here in late December 2023 to the first week of January while dropping my daughter off at University of Victoria. I was hesitant to book this because I had some concerns after reading the reviews online.
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment and the property in general. The bed was very comfortable as well as the plush velvet sofa in the living room. The full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher were spotless. Screens were installed at the windows. The washing machine and dryer were easy to use. We accessed the 5th floor easily via the elevator. There was also free WiFi and parking. I had no trouble with entry lock. The manger was also very helpful in securing my packages and delivering them to my room. This apartment met my expectations. I could not have asked for more.

Had an amazing experience! Street noise isn’t great but the room was great and the communication was really good also.

Nice place, modern look and feel. Nice area, walking distance to coffe and food options. Short drive to everything else.
