El personal es el más servicial de todos los hoteles en los que me he alojado. Mi español es terrible, pero el personal siempre intentaba ayudarme. ¡Hicieron todo lo posible TODO EL TIEMPO! Y el caballero que brinda el servicio de taxi: ¡ES INCREÍBLE! La persona más profesional y agradable... ¡fantástica! ¡Recomendaría este hotel a todo el mundo!

People service staff very friendly but too slow to give you your order. Takes long time to bring food, drinks even just a beer. But location, facilities, rooms, cleaning is really good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Estelar Villavicencio, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay was exceptional.
First and foremost, the staff at Hotel Estelar Villavicencio deserves a special mention. From the warm and friendly greeting at the reception, I was made to feel like a valued guest. Kevin and Daniella, in particular, stood out with their exceptional customer service. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction truly made a difference.
The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the bathroom was well-appointed with modern fixtures and amenities. I also appreciated the complimentary Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected during my visit.
The dining options at the hotel were exceptional as well. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of delicious choices, catering to various dietary preferences. The on-site restaurant served delectable dishes that showcased the flavors of the region. The attentive and professional waitstaff further enhanced the dining experience.
