Very disappointed

the good and the bad

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good beds,
the bad:
Hotel was making locative repairs during the busy season, causing a lot of noise.
The first room we were assigned was close to the pool, so the noise was unbearable from music and kids.
We asked a room change and it took 2 days.
Some requests for help were ignored, sobwe had to ask twice.

I liked that it was clean and the staff was super attentive. The tv stopped functioning because it overheated but they helped fix it. The concierge also helped me set up transport for nearby day trips which made things real seamless.
