Le réceptionniste Patrick a été très désagréable…nous n’avions pas vu clairement que les chiens n’étaient pas acceptés (information tout en bas de page sur la réservation de la chambre alors que d’habitude les holiday inn les accepte). Il nous ordonné de sortir de l’hôtel sans le chien et de revenir ensuite avec un ton agressif. Heureusement, le manager est intervenu et a trouvé une solution en nous faisant payer un supplément pour le chien, ce qui ne nous a pas dérangé. En revanche, l’attitude et le comportement de Patrick le réceptionniste nous a choqué et est tout à fait inacceptable…!

Thank you for your feedback, our team always try our best to deliver great service to our guests, we apologise if you didn't experience this , the dogs not allowed in our hotel and we mad it exception for your stay this had to be done by the hotel manager We hope to see you again in our hotel

Publié le 17 sept. 2022 sur HotelsHôtel qui s'abime. Des problèmes de refoulement d'odeurs désagréables en provenance de la salle de bains. Personnes à l'accueil pas tous aimables le matin.
Par contre très bien situé, tout près du centre ville. Petit déjeuner copieux et agréable.

Helpful staff, handy location

Rooms are small and modest, but perfectly fine.
Breakfast was nice and evening menu decent.
Would have helped if football was on.

Perfect for our needs, great value for money
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HotelsThe location was perfect, near train station and the centre. Nice restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok. Choice of teabags was appreciated.The room was ok and had everything we wanted. We only book rooms with tea making facilities. The shower was excellent and soap, shampoo and conditioner as well as tissues provided.
Great value for money.

The room itself is very clean and the bathroom in particular looks very new. The staff are lovely. Just its a shame that the whole outside of the building is so awful. Plus not being able to go for the included breakfast at any time, but instead being forced to book a time slot. Luckily i had a late departing train as the only slots avaialble were after 10am
