Do not waste your money

There was no vending machines the restaurant was unduer construction and the guy at the counter wasnt very friendly

sorry you had an issue with the vending machine, due to bad weather the vending machine company couldn't come and fill up the machine, but we always have a verity of soft drinks and water for our guest, you should have asked the front desk person.

Friendly staff .. check-in was smooth, even though we didn't arrive until 8...they had a door to the outside near our room that needed repair..

This property was unsafe for my husband in a wheelchair. The ramps are too steep, and no way to open doors if you did not have help. The room was considered an ADA room. There were no handles around the toilet also the toilet was not an ADA toilet. The bathroom also had dead bugs on the floor, around and in the tub and light fixture above the sink. The television was complicated to work. There was no phone to call the front desk. The refrigerator blocked the heater. We were told we had queen size beds and it really had two full size beds. I won’t recommend this property to anyone.

Sorry you had this issues to deal with when you booked the room you didn't say anything about your husband we have other rooms that could fit better in this situation.hope to see you again and provide you with better service.

"My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as there were visible signs of dirt and even fleas present. The overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. Furthermore, the behavior of the staff was concerning, with one individual appearing to be under the influence, which was not only unprofessional but also made me feel uncomfortable. I would advise against staying at this hotel until they address these issues."

WE saw you many times passing by you didn't say anything about dirty room our pest control person is coming every two weeks and checking the pet rooms , he came just a day before you arrival so its impossible that you had fleas and our number one is clean rooms and clean hotel so please you came with a very bad mood so its your own problem do not accuse us it's not rue.

We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. Certainly, here's another review for you: "My stay at this hotel was far from satisfactory. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as there were visible signs of dirt and even fleas present. The overall hygiene standards were unacceptable. Furthermore, the behavior of the staff was concerning, with one individual appearing to be under the influence, which was not only unprofessional but also made me feel uncomfortable. I would advise against staying at this hotel until they address these issues. We left when we saw how bad the room looked like. We never stayed at this hotel after reviewing the room, and realized that was unsafe to sleep, no lock on the outside door ( and this was a bottom floor) on top of everything.

It’s very disappointing that this people are putting false accusations as a review, our hotel is super clean never had fleas we are taking care of the entire hotel with organic pets services never we had any complaints the opposite only compliments how clean the pet rooms are.We would like to know who is this guest rooms they stayed?

Decent hotel for a short stay

Robert, the desk clerk, was super and made it all worth while with his friendliness and willingness to help. The hotel overlooks the bay. It has a huge parking lot so no trouble for large trailers. It was clean, had a small refrigerator, microwave, TV, table and 2 chairs, and a hair dryer. It also has a tiny coffee maker for that makes just one cup at a time. The bathtub was outdated but had excellent water pressure. The hotel has no air conditioning but it had a ceiling fan and windows that open. Although there are screens on the windows, they were bent and I didn't want to let flies in. Also, the fan was missing a pull string which they should fix. The hotel has a small but comfortable lobby with water and in the morning, coffee (if you get there early enough). You can walk about a third of a mile along the beach to reach the KOA, in case you have friends staying there. Just 4 miles north on Hwy 101 is a good seafood restaurant called Luna Sea and on weekends they have live music and serve drinks outside.

Good budget stay, not a resort or even close.

If you are looking to stay at a resort, this is not a resort. While the staff was super friendly and ultra helpful, the rooms and facility were just average at best. The rooms and their furnishings are outdated. The carpeting is still shag carpeting and there’s very little room to put anything in your room. Things have been removed from the walls, but the holes not filled or if they were filled nothings been painted over. You could definitely tell it needed some refreshing. TV happens to be Roku, but only if you’re willing to scroll through to find anything that’s free that you don’t have a subscription for will you get to watch. We spent a little time as possible there. The restaurant is currently closed so we couldn’t even eat there, but the staff itself was super friendly and willing to accommodate. Probably because there is almost no one else in the hotel. I’ve never been to a hotel where the front desk closes and no one is present during the night. If you are looking for a budget stay then by all means this was a fine choice. The view around the hotel is gorgeous.
