Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur Hotelsroom was clean and ok. The hallway smelled of stale smoke. We received 1 door card for both myself and wife. Also was charged $50 for incidentals? They didn't even have coffee in the check in area. The staff was helpful and friendly but still don't understand the charge after I paid in full on line

We did not charge your card merely authorized it for the 50.00 deposit for incidentals/damages to the hotel room. We voided the transaction after housekeeping was done the next day. We have coffee each morning from 6am-9am. I'm not sure what time you came to the lobby to get your coffee and it was not there.

Well room good but shower is not safe without handle for cripple and need fix on the floor by shower

Not bad..the beds are pretty stiff. Overall I would stay again.

It at least had carpet. soap that was provided was the size of a cheezit. But the room was clean. It was ok for one night. Tiny bed pillows. The people were friendly just wasn't taken care of well.. smelly hallways, dirty carpet, etc. Probably would not stay again..

I didn't like one thing about this hotel. My many fridge was broken my floors on my room. We're dirty so I called and asked for another room. They denied me. I went up and asked for a pillow at Alexa pal. I mean, said no I had to wait for in the morning and now I wake up. And it says that they have a free breakfast. And the only thing that they have is hot coffee.

A Clean/Comfortable Stay
