De passage pour une nuit seulement. Le service était excellent.

Bruit d’aération continu venant de la cour intérieure; ascenseur bruyant et vieux; mérite une sérieuse rénovation

I ordered packages to be delivered and it was flawless. The included breakfest was excellent with a lot of choiced.

Old, outdated hotel. They advertise continental breakfast. Breakfast was given to us in a brown paper bag. Not many parking spaces available

So I was visiting this property because had to attend a medical procedure early in the morning and was planning to stay overnight to be close to the medical facility. I arrived at the facility at about 9 PM to find it less than favorable to the pictures that were provided online. As I went to check in, I noticed that there were several people sitting in the lobby that appeared to be living in the facility. I did say to the front desk person that I was unaware that this was an extended stay location. Check me in gave me my key and I then went to my room which was located on the fourth floor at the very end of the hallway. when I got to the room I found it to deployable the room was very cold. The hallway was very dark and there was a definite smell of marijuana coming from the rooms I passed.. understanding that marijuana is legal in the area. The location is advertised as a smoke, free hotel. The room itself was very rundown and cold. It was mid January and cold outside. I was unable to turn on the heat in the room. I tried to reach out to the service desk by using the phone in the room and it was not plugged in.. plug the phone in. I was not able to make a phone call to the front desk.. the front desk by using my cell phone and I was unable to get anyone to answer the phone. At that point time I was completely fed up with this surroundings and just wanted to rest I grab my bags and and check out. And no I was not given a refund or an apology. Then I checked in elsewhere.

I was a woman traveling alone and I had a lovely visit to an unfamiliar town while I stayed here.

I picked this hotel because it offered parking - for a fee. We checked in, paid for parking, received the pass. Went to get food. We came back and there were no empty spots. I asked where we were supposed to park, she told me across the street, but we had to move the car by 7am or it would be ticketed or towed. I told her we had paid for parking, she said the day guy had oversold their spots. She let me stay in employee parking, but it was very inconvenient.
