Lost my reservation, which appears to have been Travelocity's fault.
Hilton had some hidden fees, like $75 for valet overnight parking and a $25 resort fee (though the do credit your room $25 for food and drink at the hotel)

Overall an amazing day great staff clean property check-in was 4pm they allowed us to check in at 1:30 with no problem. We was able to do a late check out with no problems will definitely go there again

This is a review directed to the management. You must promote Frank (at the front desk). I have never seen such an amazing and great customer service in a while. Frank checked me in and was very kind, patient, and thorough in his instructions about the whole stay, amenities and other important "know
before you go" information. And he did all this quickly and efficiently while helping other clients simultaneously. Other colleagues of mine have shared also how he was impressive. Frank is very helpful and thoughtful. I truly appreciated my stay at the Capital Hilton. I will stay there during my next trip.

I understand there was a convention going on which made the lobby shockingly loud, but other than that, it was a nice quiet room.

Better Than You'd EVER expect
Posted Jan. 15, 2024 on HotelsI'm tired of business travel, not all that fond of DC, and the weather was fn awful. With all this noted, the Cap Hilton kept me safe, warm, and comfortable. Plus, on the insane scale of rates, it was a bit of a bargain.
