Took 30 minutes to check in. They have a new system. Phone is broken in our room. Walked down there 3 times since I can’t call from the room. Called from my cell several times to phones listed at property. No answer on any calls Not again!

The only problem was elevator was being serviced at check in time so had to use stairs but was fixed later. Also ice machine on 2nd floor was out so I had to go to 1st floor. Staff was extremely nice.
