Save yourself the money.

Hot water was far too hot, the smell in the bedroom was so strong I had to air it out. The blankets were itchy and uncomfortable. Sheets had stains on them, bathroom had stains on the floor.

Don’t recommend.

It was dirty. There was a broken window that wouldn’t lock. Our “screened in porch” was full of furniture,garbage and bikes. There was a hole in the wall. The bathroom sink drain stopper was stuck in the drain so you couldn’t use the bathroom sink or it’d just fill up. There was hairs, stains and burn holes on the blankets/sheets. There was so much dust in the vents we were non stop sneezing.

We always enjoy our stay here. Staff is very friendly and helpful!! The only thing that needs to be done is updating living room furniture...

Great place

The room was large with a fairly decent sized refrigerator and a nice table to eat at. The beds were comfortable and the mini split was so quiet. We would come again!

Warm it up

Room was freezing upon check in. Took an hour to warm up with the mini split. Great water pressure. TV remote only got 1 Channel. No conditioner just shampoo

It was clean and is in a good location. Just a basic room,no frills but we were not there to sight see so that was fine. Unable to figure how to work the tv. No staff available at all! No one ever in the office. Never informed that our key would be left in the mailbox so that was distressing when we tried to check in. Tried to call several times and it would ring once and then go to a busy signal. Found an employee, finally, walking with a trash bag and they told us where the key to our room would be. Had emailed them to see what was going on but never got a response so this was distressing since we could only check in between 3 pm to 5 pm. Given the time of year we were there it was quiet.

Oh unquiet hristmas by the Sea visit

Having ice for your guests would be good. Most hotels/motels provide it. Otherwise friendly staff.
