Cleanliness was fair. Parking area was nice and large but the surface was uneven. Lines for car spaces were barely visible and the surrounding areas were overgrown.

Dark, dated and worn. Hallways were dark. Pool area was dark. Ceilings in hallways were low and walls were showing wear. All ice makers were not working. Had to go the front desk for ice. Beds were fair, pillows were lumpy and tub had rust stains. Had no shower curtain. No answer calling guest services. Had to go to front desk. Got a shower curtain that I had to hang myself. Room serviced every third day!! Safety latch on room to hallway door was broken. At least two card scanners to enter hotel from outside doors were broken and almost non existent. The lobby area was actually very nice. The computer area looked nice, as did the small arcade room (although I used neither). The pool looked fairly nice although it was indoors and a bit dark. This hotel seriously needs better lighting!! I saw a total of 3 employees during my 2 day stay. And one was the bartender in the overly dark lounge. None were room/maid service. Definitely felt they were understaffed. Shout out to Calen who checked us in and helped with any issues we had. Friendly and competent and seemed to be doing the work of at least 3 people!! Seems to be doing a great job of running the whole place. Bottom line is I would not recommend. 2.5 stars would be generous.

Showed pool on website got there and no working pool. Hotel was dirty

I had to clean my own room first room was so hot you couldn’t breathe when they moved me the other room was dirty and had a foul smell I had to put plug

There was no breakfast as posted due to staffing problems. The room was okay but the heating/cooling unit was loud. The bathroom definitely needed some work.

Do not stay here!

This hotel is in need of someajor upgrades. The bathrooms are tiny and there was about a 2 foot rusty crack in tub. The toilet and bathroom fan constantly ran. The jetted tub was disgusting. When we went to fill it there was all this grime that came out of the jets. The pool wasnt open and there is no fitness center. Overall, i wouldnt pay 25 bucks to stay at this place. You dont get what you pay for. But you definitely over pay for trash.
