After a long day of traveling we arrived at the hotel at 2pm and check in wasn't until 4pm. We planned on hanging in the lobby. The wonderful lady at the front desk greeted us and I let her know we were early and just going to hang out for a bit. She checked and was able to get us in a room right then. We were so grateful! Thanks so much we truly appreciated it!

The only problem was the shower in the room was hard to regulate Also the shampoo and conditioner dispensers did not work

Very nice and clean hotel. Only one tiny issue is that breakfast is not complimentary….. I think it’s a big pricey….. 17.00? Even if you just had a bagel and a small cereal. That’s a lot after already paying $200.00 a night. That’s all!

Poor Customer Service - No Hot Water 9-3

Stay was fine. I prepaid the hotel. When I was checking out the front desk told me I hadn’t paid and the deposit on my room didn’t go thru because of fraud. Both factors untrue. They delayed me so long that I missed my workout class that I paid for. I feel the hotel should reimburse me the $10 fee I paid for my class. The clerk tried to call a manager to no avail. BAlso no hot water from 9 to 3 today so no shower either. I feel this hotel has declined in customer service over time as I have stayed there frequently over the past 6 years.
