Excellent food and drink. Clean atmosphere and nice beaches. I disliked my last 2 nights there. They completely cancelled all entertainment due to a movie production on site. Apparently they expect people to go to bed at 8:00. I was even confronted by security because we had a small table top speaker playing. When I asked why management would cancel entertainment to make a buck off the production company, I didn’t get an answer. Other guests agree. I will never go back there

I stayed for 6 nights with my family and had a wonderful time. Hotel has a great water park which my son enjoyed to the fullest! Pools are big and not crowded which is a plus! Food was amazing! We enjoyed all of our meals! The bbq and the Italian restaurant were A . My only complaint is the amount of pigeons in the dining area. They are pretty aggressive and annoying! Wish the hotel did something to fix that. I will definitely go back to this hotel!

This is a 4 star hotel and on most days house keeping would say they didn't have wash cloths. The air conditioner leaked water on a daily basis and our door would not close properly. No top shelf liquor served.

We offer our apologies to have not exceed the overall expectations. Since we highly appreciated your feedback & suggestions and with our busy operations daily, we will take this as a positive and constructive feedback to improve our service quality. We also read regarding our alcohol rank we serve and yes just like other All Inclusive resorts we serve the local standard. We do have the options of Premium liquor served only at Pera Lounge lobby area. Top shelf & cigar is available but you need to purchase this. We look forward to your return. Curaçao é lindo, mas bebidas e comidas não são seu

O hotel é lindo. A estrutura é muito legal! Tem muitos restaurantes, mas as comidas e as bebidas não são muito boas. Não existe suco natural. Todos os drinks também são feitos de suco de caixinha. Tudo bem artificial. Não há nada com frutas, somente os enfeites. Mas, em geral, o hotel é bom. Fiquei alguns dias nesse resort e outros dias em um hotel mais simples, e em todos os locais que eu fui, esse era o padrão. O diferencial de Curaçao realmente não é as comidas e as bebidas, e sim as belezas naturais.

Really loved our room. Service was an issue as far as getting our room cleaned in a timely manner. If we weren’t awake at 9 am when they tried to come in our room. I would put out the dnd sign then remove it when we left around 10 everyday. They wouldn’t. Clean or stock our room saying a picture was taken of the DND sign. I said that was out long enough for us to wake up and shower.

Property has nice beach. Food was decent. The hospitality and service is extremely poor. Had to chase down housekeeping to get necessities. Housekeeping would come in and make bed, leave trash cans overflowing, not replenish towels or toilet paper, etc. It says you can submit requests online (which we did), however we never got our supplies. Were told that there were no available towels or wash cloths and they were “drying”. How does a resort like this that is not at capacity run out of towels?? Not enough staff to service meals.. this allows pigeons to flock all over food next to you and walk all over tables. Tables were not cleaned in between guests and just a quick wipe and replenished silverware. Gross.
