Publié le 2 mars 2024 sur HotelsGreat! We asked for them to place us in a quiet area away from elevators and they put us directly next to the only elevators. Oh well…however our room was mostly clean and no one bothered us. Location is very convenient for Colonial Williamsburg. I recommend booking here instead of the branded hotels.

Room was ciean and amenities were about what I expected fir the property. The inside pool was inaccessible as it was being repaved. Hosts were attentive and moved rooms when we requested. For the price it was fine, but dated.

The only disappointing paetbwas we werent told the poll was out of service because i reserved on a 3rd party site...over all very nice snd peacefully

Publié le 27 févr. 2024 sur HotelsWe booked this place because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. We checked in and were informed that both the hot tub and pool were out of service and were closed. We had 4 children who were looking forward to swimming for a month and they were all very upset about the pool being closed.
The room was visually clean, but if you looked closer it was not up to (my) standards.
The air conditioner was not staying on, and our room was very hot for sleeping. The bathroom has no fan, gets steamy when you shower. In fact, there was no fan at all in the room and therefore we had no noise buffer to cancel out all the usual hotel noises you hear throughout the night 🙄
No tv guides in the room so you’re just guessing what each channel is while flipping through. WiFi was really slow and weak as well.

The hotel is very nice, has a wonderful staff, and both a gym and restaurant. The room was excellent, bed was super comfy, and I loved having a pseudo living room to work in when I was there. Lots of food options within a 5 minute walk. LOVED MY STAY
