Room was very small with no window, only a skylight. Was difficult to charge items (drinks, breakfast...) to room, had to pay upfront

We offer all guests upon check in if they would like to pre-authorise a card on to their room so that they can charge things to their room throughout their stay. Guests who do not take this option will need to pay as they go. Sorry for any inconvenience. As a city hotel, some of our rooms do indeed only have windows in the roof, though with location this does not really impact views. Excellent Spa Hotel, can't wait to return soon!

Overall a really lovely, clean, modern hotel. Our room looked brand new, and the bathroom was spotless. A bit of noise due to adjoining room door, made it less sound proofed, but luckily had nice neighbours. Spa a bit oversubscribed, ran out of robes, steam room closed and jacuzzi full of thick white foam. But the pool and surrounding area spotless as was changing room. There's a lovely relaxation room to use prior to an incredible treatment. I highly recommend you treat yourself. I had Kinga and it was one of the best spa treatments I've ever had! We had breakfast, which was great, and had a lunch from the bar menu, which was really impressive. Loads of parking and wonderful staff. Overall 9/10, would definitely come again. Despite a few criticisms, the value for money and service makes this hotel a definite on my return list.

Nice room but outside light and awful blind!

Nice room and stay. Biggest issue was the blind. Let in so much light, as there was an outside light outside the room was illuminated all night. Had literally no sleep

Staff Went Above and Beyond

We came here for a little valentines mini break and we had a great stay. There were some minor issues with the room which we almost immediately correct but the amazing staff. We were also given complimentary parking as an apology. The staff really went above and beyond. Huge thank you to elsa also.
