Hotel was very nice! Front desk staff in the evening of our last night was not very friendly. We ask for towels for the pool room they acted like it we were inconveniencing them. We ask three times for towels in the pool and never got them until they shut the pool down at 11:00pm and we had to ask again. We ended up having to dry off in the front lobby and elevator on the way back to our rooms. Everything else was great.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating when we needed more coffee for room.

Disappointed
Publié le 2 janv. 2024 sur HotelsToilet problems, notified front desk that toilet was not flushing. Only one person working so took a long time before she could come fix issue. Next time using same thing clogged. Next morning toilet completely overflowed. Also, room next to me had a dog barking very early in the morning - not a pleasant stay.
