Room was in bad shape... we were moved to a different room, but plumbing wasn't working... when asked if we would be okay with yet another room we just refused and asked to be reimbursed. Can't just keep moving us around until we find a clean room for you. GO LOOK FOR YOURSELVES! Still haven't heard back on the reimbursement. We will not be darkening their doorway anytime soon.

Check-in for most hotels is 4 p.m. In all hotels in the Wisconsin Dells, upon arrival before 4 p.m. the hotels give you access to your room if it’s ready and the hotels always give you wristbands to the water parks to start enjoying your stay. This hotel will give you early access for a fee of $25. Don’t book this hotel if you want to enjoy two days water access in the Wisconsin Dells. You get a few hours the night you arrive and then the next day. The hotel also has several common areas where families had made it their room with stuff all over. The lobby looked like multiple people’s luggage had exploded all over. This is our third and final stay at this hotel. The woman sitting in her room underwear with her legs spread open for my six year old to see her down under area was more than enough to seal the sea of paying to stay at Chula Vista itself. I’m also done with a 4 p.m. check in time as well as place that refuses to give you water access early. If you want an old lady bush show and limited access time to water then book her; otherwise, the water parks hotel charging more are worth the price.

We always try as best as possible to accommodate our guest upon early arrival, however, like all resort/hotel we cannot promise or guarantee check In until 4pm, especially on busy weekends. Because we are a Wyndham property we do offer free early check in to certain rewards members , all other reservations may attract a cost at management discretion.We apologize that we couldn’t get you in early however we are happy you liked Chula Vista resort. Have stayed here many times before (to and from Minnesota to the Indy 500, also to and from Florida vacations). We had trouble closing the door - doesn't seem to latch properly. Also, the lobby and public areas have been blaring very loud rather annoying music all afternoon and into the evening. I don't object to what sounds like Christain/pop . . . it's just loud and very bothersome. The lobby is almost unusable because of it.
