Live eight nights here. Frankly speaking, no any service attitude to customer from the restaurant female manager. Refuse my request to switch the breakfast from one day to another due to the very early check out of the last day. Please underatand I am paying for the good service from a five star hotel, but you make me feel I am facing a government office.

I stayed at the hotel from 11-13 Dec. I spent more to book a king bed room, but the room was not available when I checked in because they over-rented out their king rooms. I was offered a twin room but they offered to change me to a king bed the next day. On the following day, I changed to the king bed room. The room was warm and it was obvious that the AC was not functioning properly in room 3318. When the technician came, his advice was to open the window until I decide to go to sleep. Note that the hotel was still serving cold AC and not yet switched to heating mode. The more ridiculous thing is that when I was sending him out, the air in the corridor was much cooler than my room (supposed to be set at 16degrees Celsius with max wind speed). He suggested if I wanted to keep my main door open. Shall not stay here again if I return to Wuhan.
