However, the staff was clearly ready to leave; significantly, the food services were low on food and food options. Maybe this is understandable as they need to limit leftovers but it was annoying none the less.

Posted Oct. 12, 2023 on HotelsWhat a mistake to stay at the Old Faithfull Inn in Yellowstone Park. The only thing good about the stay was it was in walking distance to many of the geysers. The Room was dirty and very small with a poor dirty mold shower that I refused to use. The maim lodge itself is very nice and historic. The Food & Beverage is very poor and very expensive. The Hospitality Operator ( XANTERRA ) does a dis-service to the property. The hotel front desk has no customer service since I had ordered my stay on Hotels.com. The property at check out would not print me a check-out statement showing a zero balance. Hotel Mgr refused to give a invoice and further said they would not print my room folio. Horrible stay and will never stay where they are the operator of property.
