Booked for 5 nights stay and requested for a non-animal room due to allergies. The room wasn’t clean when checked in. Animal furs found on bed sheet. The floor wasn’t mopped. The shower had hair from previous visitor(s). Laundry room, the washers were dirty (animal furs found in all washers). It seemed housekeepers were not doing their duties on cleaning. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

This property is horrible! No room service whatsoever. Ran out of towels and toilet paper went to the front desk to get some and there was and they didn’t have any! Our trip was based on going to Universal Studios and Disneyland. Our last night there we got to the hotel at 11 p.m. our room cards didn’t work this is such a hassle when your tired and have a sleepy 6 year old! Never again with this chain!

I realize this property is old, but it is really run down. The floors could definitely be cleaner, you could see and feel sticky stuff on floor

Definitely a great location. Many places to dine. Loved attending Brunch at El Torito’s which was walking distance from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Not as advertised. The elevator smelled of dogs. I get why it’s called “extended stay”. The entrance looks like a back door entrance. Very basic and kind of ghetto for being in “Anaheim Hills”. Should have paid the extra $50 to stay at the Ayres Hotel.

I love that it’s quite and peaceful from outside noise and the beds are comfy . What I didn’t like was the showers had no steady tempature just steaming Hot and no blow dryers in the bathrooms . Property did supply ice buckets or ice dispenser on property . They only supplied a grungy ice tray Many lights were out in and around the rooms . And we had 3 different staff members knock on our door in the morning asking us if we are ready to check out when we told the staff members twice about a late check out from the front desk in person . It didn’t matter who you spoke too at the front desk , communication amongst the staff with each other did not work well with the guest wishes in this place .
