Solid stay

Great solid hotel stay. Room was fantastic, but we did pay an upgrade fee for a suite. The stars of the hotel were the house keeping team, they are the unsung heroes of the hotel. In contrast the spa staff were less than approachable. Probably the only improvement would be to clean the exterior room windows. Enjoyed our stay!

Always stay in this hotel for a get away. It is one of the more expensive hotels in York, but it is worth the money you spend. Excellent all round, cant fault it

Beautiful hotel, excellent service. Issue with damaged dressing table in room which I didn’t think was acceptable in a 5 star hotel but staff quickly responded. A lovely treat staying here
