very helpful staff. specially the manager who helped to arrange transportation to the bus station. location was good close to the malls and lake.

Room service staff didn't take the tips,and said that is their duty to clean the room to comfort customers.it is my first time so lucky to meet an enthusiastic & honor staff, make me more security.hotel location is perfect, near bus station to out town,the lake, city bus stop.front Desh staffs very polite and helpful.it really make you feel at home.

房間很寬敞，床很舒服，潔淨度中上。唯一美中不足是提供充電的位置不多，如果要燒熱水或用風筒插頭只剩一個，一人還可以，如果二人以上同住便不夠用。那個USB插頭供電不穩定，放棄了直接用兩腳插頭。
