Nice stay in the city centre. The hotel is just few steps from what you need to see in Zurich. I reall appreciated that the rooms weren't in the nowadays' all-look-the-same-way hotel room style. A city guide with painted pictures was also nice. The only thing that made the stay not totally totally great was the reconstruction. The guys were kind, but still, it was all a bit provisoire at the reception and lobby and one had to go down the stairs with a luggage and not to hit the painting colour...

Nice place, excellent dinning options around and at the hotel’s restaurant itself (although requires a reservation because it’s very popular).

Great for Zurich Christmas markets

Delightful hotel with excellent, friendly, helpful and attentive staff in a great location. The restaurant put on a more than adequate breakfast. Room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the lack of a coffee maker especially in the morning, although I'm glad I was able to make tea with the kettle. Especially noteworthy was the front desk staff providing guidance for tram and train, and the ability to purchase tickets on the spot.
