Complicated check-in, after having done the pre-checkin before arrival, we had to do it again on a terminal at the entrance. Which did not function when you enter both first- and last-name with the registry number. Needed assistance who infomed us to just enter either the first- or the last-name to get the door card. Unnecessary bureaucracy!

A new hotel with management issues

Not a pleasant stay. Rude ,pratronising and unprofessional staff at check in. Self check in mandatory . Room temperature 25 degrees celcius. Room configuration with a bed side against the wall. Very odd for a new hotel. Fire alarm at 12.30 am which seems to be a recurring problem . It is a catalogue of failures.

Les chambres sont très confortables avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner avec l’offre studio.
