"Stayed for a week at this property with my family in March 2024. The entire staff was very helpful, excellent and were proactive in taking care of your needs. The manager, Mr. Francisco did listen to our concerns of limited vegetarian choices in the breakfast. The rooftop restaurant staff did everything and went out of their way to serve some vegetarian choices for us. There is a 24/7 snack bar, which is included in the cost of costthe stay and has a number of snack and drink choices. The location is very convenient and in the heart of the city. If we visit Mexico City again, I will again stay at this hotel, and have already been recommending this hotel to my friends and family."
