Townhouse in a quiet residential area just 5 minutes from Adeje town and 10 minutes from numerous beaches. Especially noteworthy are the terraces that offer outdoor enjoyment throughout the year. The largest is located at the front of the house, where there is a table to enjoy breakfast or dinner below a pergola or to relax while children can play safely. The upper terrace with stunning views of the sea is undoubtedly the most remarkable feature. Two sunbeds with umbrella guarantee many hours of relaxation. On the ground floor there is a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with dining area and a toilet room. The upper floor has a bright bedroom with a balcony overlooking the sea and the neighboring island of La Gomera, from which you can bask in the breathtaking sunsets. It has a bathroom with shower incorporated. There is also an additional bedroom with a trundle bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed and another bathroom with a bathtub. It is an ideal home for families or for anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday near the leisure and beach attractions of the tourist centers that are only 10 minutes away by car, but also prefers a quiet and secluded place in a residential environment.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
