Overlooking the Libyan sea in southern Crete, the newly built Villa Saktouris offers a peaceful atmosphere and modern amenities for restful holidays, perfect for families with children!

The 65 sq. m two-storey villa is stylishly furnished throughout both indoor and outdoor areas to ensure a comfortable stay. It can accommodate up to 4 people in beds.

Indoor Layout :

Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a large sofa, a 49 HDTV smart TV, a Playstation 3, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area opens to the relaxing outdoor area which features swimming pool and dining area. The ground floor also hosts a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Reaching the first floor through a staircase there is a main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. The main bedroom also has access to a balcony with sitting area which offers exceptional sea view. Both bedrooms have air-condition, a 32" HDTV and a closet.

Very pleasant stay in peaceful village
Very clean house and friendly owner with regular cleaning. Peaceful village with nice taverna. Great beaches within 15 minutes drive. Must-see town of Agia Galini within 25 minutes drive with super restaurants, cafes and shopping. Ideal accommodation for couples away from the crowds.

Einfach entspannt
Die Lage des Ferienhauses war wunderschön. Blick aufs Meer, den Sonnenuntergang und tolle Bergpanoramen. Ein sehr schöner Strand ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, Einkäufe oder Gastronomie in Agia Galini sind 20 Minuten entfernt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war, als wäre man hier zu Hause, alles war sehr sauber und qualitativ hochwertig. Die warmen Abende konnte man wunderbar auf der Terrasse am Pool genießen.

Traumhafte Unterkunft
Wir waren insgesamt 15 Tage in 3 verschiedenen Unterkünften auf Kreta. Die Villa Saktouri war mit Abstand die beste von allen. Sehr sauber und unglaublich gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ließ keine Wünsche offen, es waren Grundnahrungsmittel sowie Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee und Obst da und neben der normalen Ausstattung auch Extras wie Sandwich Maker, Orangenpresse, Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine etc. und nattsehr gutes Olivenöl, Essig und Raki vorhanden. Das Haus selbst bietet genügend Platz für eine 4-köpfige Familie. Abends erlebt man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Man benötigt definitiv ein Auto, zum nächstgelegenen Strand fährt man. 15 Minuten, wird dann aber mit glasklarem Wasser belohnt. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Très belle villa vue mer au calme
La villa est située en moyenne montagne avec une vue superbe sur Triopetra située à quelques encablures de la maison et également à proximité de la magnifique plage d’Agio Pavlos. emplacement au calme loin du tumulte des touristes !!! La piscine est parfaite pour se rafraîchir, trop petite pour nager mais suffisamment profonde pour passer un bon moment en attendant que la braise du super barbecue se fasse tranquillement. Si j’avais un reproche à faire, c’est le fait d’être un peu loin de tout. Cependant c’est vraiment idéale pour se reposer. La maison est très bien, très propre. La propriétaire vous accueille avec des oranges, de quoi se restaurer et boire également. Super Proprietaire !!!!

Super 14 Tage mit Kids
Super Unterkunft für unsere Familie, die Kids waren im Pool happy. Die Einrichtung ist genau wie beschrieben, alles sehr hochwertig, fast neu, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Fotos stimmen 100%. Kleines Manko, dass es aus dem Dusch-Abfluss riecht, nur dafür ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten alles sehr sauber. Alle 3 Tage wird gereinigt, Handtücher, Betten neu gemacht. Hervorragende Unterstützung durch die Reiseagentur etouri und die Besitzerin, die uns mit Obst und anderen Goodies zur Ankunft begrüßt hat. Wir waren mit der Lage und dem Ausblick aufs Meer sehr zufrieden. Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang über Bergen und Meer, einfach toll. Dafür haben wir die Fahrten zum Supermarkt (30min) und zum nächsten Strand (ca 15min) gerne in Kauf genommen. Auch der Norden bei Rethymno ist in ca 1h gut zu erreichen. Nach etwas Eingewöhnung haben wir die Serpentinenfahrten dafür gerne in Kauf genommen. Preis-/Leistung für so eine tolle Unterkunft waren für unsere Familie voll ok. Vielen Dank an etouri und an unsere freundliche Vermieterin Eleni !

We had very nice holiday. The villa is so beautiful. The pool is nice. We enjoyed sunset and sunrice everyday. Close to the Beach Triopetra. Agia Galini is also very closed. Lot of restaurants. Schöne Ferienwohnung in absoluter Ruhe
Die Ferienwohnung ist deutlich kleiner, als es die Bilder erahnen lassen aber für vier Personen absolut ausreichend. Der Pool und die Wohnung selber sind in sehr gutem Zustand, dass WLAN ist schnell und die Gastgeber sind ein nettes Paar. Leider war es bei uns nicht sauber (überall schwarze Haare, auf dem Boden und im Bett) und es ist leider doch sehr, sehr weit weg vom Schuss. Zum Einkaufen muss man mit 25min, zu den nächsten Tavernen mit 15min rechnen.
