Thank you for providing feedback. All of our ocean view apartments had been booked during your stay, so unfortunately a last minute upgrade was not available. All of our apartments have an east facing balcony with a view of the park/and or ocean. We recommend booking direct so we can reserve an apartment that best suits your needs.
