5 bedroom, 1 studio apartment with a full size bed, 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathrooms ,kitchen in main house and kitchenette in studio, salt water pool, spa, hot tub , tennis court, basketball, play set, office, and fire pits on the porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the view. All sports equipment for tennis and basketball provided along with yard games, shuffle board ,ping pong table, 2 cardio Equiptment, yoga mats , weights , Infrared sauna. Heating pool is is $65/per day Uv lighting installing in the Hvac system to help keep everyone healthy!

Honesty’s the best policy. If we see more guests than registered/agreed to, it will be reported and stay terminated.
No big speakers outside anytime

Base rate includes first 6 guests then $50/person/ night over that (additional guest fees) TO INCLUDE DROP INS. they tend not to leave.

Suprise 80th birthday weekend
A total of 15 family members celebrated my Mother's 80th birthday at Thyme in the Pines. The age range was 12 to 80 and there were plenty of activities on the property to entertain the entire group. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishware and cooking utensils. The decore is festive and added to the warm ombience. The first afternoon the house was chilly but Avery responded quickly and adjusted the thermostat and we were comfortable the rest of our stay. It was a magical time!

San Diego Birthday weekend
We stayed over Labor Day weekend to celebrate our daughters 40th birthday with 13 family members. The house was fabulous ! Plenty of room, clean and activities for everyone. Beautiful property ! We highly recommend !!!

Wonderful family time!
The house was lovely, very spacious, comfortable and clean. The grounds are huge. So much to enjoy including the pool, game room, tennis/basketball court. We enjoyed the house and all the amenities. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and had nice quality family time. Avery was a great host. Highly recommend! Great for all ages!

Wonderful property with great location and amenities. The grounds and facilities are superb. The house could use some light repairs, but overall the house and our stay was delightful.

A Happy Spot for Everyone
Opportunity rich home. It has: a game room, a tennis court, basketball hoop, ping pong, swimming pool, children's games, teenage games, adult games. It has a children's playground. It offers beautiful mountain scenery. In our group (ages 3-65), everyone found something on the property that they love -- and a "happy spot." Avery (property manager) did everything in her power to accommodate us, and make any problems right. We were very pleased with all the activities, options, and spaces available for our individual tastes. This is a place we would happily come back to. It has something for everyone.

Beautiful property
We rented Thyme in the Pines for family and friends to gather during our son's wedding weekend. Property is large, and so much to do that we weren't able to take advantage of due to weather and time constraints. Would love to return someday.

Perfect weekend getaway - highly recommend!
I celebrated my milestone birthday at Thyme in the Pines with family and friends of all ages. The property was huge and had something fun for everyone - basketball/tennis court, game room, heated pool/jacuzzi, fire pits to roast s'mores, board games, a kid room with books and toys, a playground... and so much more! There was tons of space to accommodate everyone - lots of indoor/outdoor seating and lots of bedrooms and comfy beds to rest. Everything we needed was provided at the house, or if we needed to pick something up the store wasn't too far away. We had such a great time and hope to be back again soon. Thank you Avery for everything!

Celebrating our 50th Anniversary
Avery, We all loved the property, plenty of space for us, our children with their spouses, and the grandchildren. The kitchen was so big, we had 3 chefs cooking all the meals, including the Thanksgiving meal. We played tennis on the tennis court, table tennis, and the giant Jenga in the game room. The heated pool and the jacuzzi were an absolute hit. Avery, thank you for everything, we are happy. We wish you a happy 2023.

AMAZING
Amazing! This property is absolutely stunning. We want to come back so we can actually enjoy everything on it. We stayed here because I was getting married nearby and the host was more than accommodating and helpful. It was an amazing weekend. The house is wonderful and has everything you need! Would stay again .
