Comfortable farm stay
A lovely farm property with a welcome pool in the hot weather. Dinner was first class on the patio and their own wine was well priced. The room was a little stark and the bathroom a bit dated . Very little for breakfast but all in all a pleasant stay.

Ottima permanenza
Un bel posto molto panoramico e facilmente raggiungibile, la casa era molto accogliente, grande e confortevole ed abbiamo trovato tutto quello che ci serviva dalle tazze ai bicchieri alle asciugamani ed ai prodotti da bagno con un ampio spazio per parcheggiare l'auto proprio d'avanti all'abitazione.

Location immersa nel verde, 70 ettari di vero agriturismo, personale disponibile e cordiale. Peccato che le condizioni delle camere e specialmente i bagni non sono funzionanti( bidet staccato e con perdite acqua,scarico wc che non andava.peccato,dopo 4anni speravo che qualche intervento fosse stato fatto invece non è cambiato nulla.

Tutto molto bello il posto, anche se non è adatto a bambini sotto i 2 anni.il persona fantastico e gentile tranne il propietario molto arrogante e pieno di sé che sa solo criticare e giudicare.per il resto un gran bel posto

Troppo caro per quello che è
L'agriturismo sorge ad Amelia, in cima a una collina tra gli ulivi. La location è splendida per chi cerca pace e tranquillità. Tuttavia, la struttura presenta molte carenze che non rendono adeguato il prezzo pagato. Le camere sono molto umide, il bagno è totalmente da ristrutturare e gli scarichi mal funzionanti. Non c'è Wi-Fi se non nell'ufficio del titolare adibito a reception e non nelle aree comuni come pubblicizzato (non c'è né in piscina, né nella sala da pranzo e nel soggiorno e nemmeno nel piazzale antistante le camere). Per concludere vorrei stendere un velo pietoso sulla cena: 30 euro a persona per mangiare veramente poco e decisamente sotto le aspettative. Abbiamo speso 114 euro per una notte (54 euro solo pernottamento senza colazione+60 euro per la cena), spendendo molto di più di quanto abbiamo speso nel centro di Gubbio ed Assisi in un hotel 3 stelle. Capisco il senso dell'agriturismo, cioè il piacere di essere in un ambiente informale e rustico, ma informAle e rustico non significa sciatto e trasandato.....inoltre, ogni cosa deve avere il giusto prezzo e questo prezzo è decisamente troppo alto. Vorrei, però, per correttezza, aggiungere che il personale è gentile e che non ci hanno fatto pagare nulla per la frutta che abbiamo consumato a merenda.
