loved the concierge - picked great restaurants; helped with luggage which were huge; very efficient when ordering drinks, food, etc. Great overall service - 5 stars only drawback - carpet needs to be updated/ changed! also, since serve a great breakfast, would be nice if afternoon snacks or late snacks or any snacks were provided downstairs

From the moment we arrived our driver was waiting there with a greeting. Then we were greeted by Fiena at the front desk with a nice bag of products and helpful dinner reservations. our room was great. Not to mention the great location. Breakfasts were also great. We also received a gift at departure. Next time we are back in Amsterdam we will be staying at Luxury Suites Amsterdam Thank you

The hotel is quite elegant, the staff super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about what to do and see, where to eat and how to get the best value for your euro. The property is right off a canal but neatly tucked away and is very quiet and peaceful. The amenities are plentiful, cheerfully explained and provided with no hesitation. There was nothing not to like and I will be staying here again!

this is truly phenomenal property from accommodation, amenities and location standpoints. Exceptional old world class concierge service by super friendly staff. I certainly will be looking to stay again at this boutique hotel during next trip to Amsterdam.

A true luxury hotel in the center of Amsterdam

Pros: Location above all. Walking distance to Centraal Station and so many parts of the city that must be visited when you are there.
Location: Very near Chinese section, Dam Square, Waterlooplein, Rembrantplein. Most other key parts of the city are a short tram ride.
All to often, hotels that use words like "luxury" are anything but. This hotel delivered on luxury. The hotel is modern and elegant, and still feels like a European experience. The staff were very professional and friendly. They really made us feel that they cared about our needs and comfort.
