The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were spacious and mostly comfortable. My only real suggestion would be better pillows. I found them to not be comfortable. The dining options were wonderful. Staff was helpful and kind. I would have liked Top of the V to have better hours because every time we tried to go there was a private event. Other than that, wonderful stay, if I ever come to CA again, I’d definitely stay here.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly, accommodating and easy to deal with. The rooms were clean, well set up and very quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel to families as the bunk bed options were perfect for a family over 4. Well done!!
