Checking in was ridiculous. Lines were too long, room was not ready at the 4 PM check in time. Plus the timeshare sales people were so annoying.

We didn't receive our bracelets to acess the property because we didn't qualify for the timeshare presentation I'm assuming. The elevators were a disaster but the property itself was extremely satisfying given all the things included. Just wish I didn't have to take the stairs 19 floors everytime we went somewhere.
