Avani was a beautiful experience. My family and I enjoyed the indoor pool and spas. It was really convenient to eat out because all the restaurants were very very close.

Great location. Have stayed there before. Bathrooms a bit tired. No room cleaning done but we did book that room. Skirting boards a bit dusty. Only coffee pods free for one day, bit stingy when thinking how much stay was and 4 nights.

Beautiful building inside and out
Beautiful hotel, both inside and out, but you should be aware it is really a condo/residence situation, so while the front desk staff were very nice and helpful, there aren't any typical big hotel amenities, such as a restaurants, lounge or even a coffee station. Rooms are large with beautiful balconies and views and very comfortable beds and bathrooms are nice (although I couldn't get the bathtub to drain properly).

Centrally located and has everything you’d want and need in a hotel room! It’s close to everything (restaurants and shops). The hotel is really clean and the staff are friendly and nice. I definitely recommend for anyone visiting Auckland…you won’t regret staying here!
