Note this property has changed management and name and it’s undergoing remodeling. it’s now called Nesuto. I booked an apartment style room 6 months ago with kitchen and washer/dryer. Was told the Monday before arrival that the room I booked would not be available due to delays on the remodeling work, I would be given a regular hotel room instead. Reservations told me there would be a “common laundry” I could use (being able to do laundry was a factor in why I booked this hotel) but it turned out to be a staff only room with a washer/dryer which was inconvenient. The room I got was ok, but it wasn’t what I had booked - considering I booked so far in advance, it would have been nice to be updated on the room with enough time to change my accommodations. Internet at the facility was pretty slow, and also and the queen bed was really two twin beds put together which is not that comfortable as you can obviously feel the gap.

Unfortunately due to a unforeseen delay in the renovation we did not get back our apartment rooms on time and I do sincerely thank you for accepting our brand new hotel room as an alternative and using the hotel laundry facility. We are in the process of an upgrade and our WiFi is a part of the upgrade too. Thank you for sharing your feed back on the beds please be assured that we will be looking into it.
