Nice place!
We've been visiting Geneva for 8 years and it's easily one of the best properties we've stayed on. Great location, spacious yard, and a really nice interior. I was worried about the window AC but they worked great! My only complaint was the best was a bit uncomfortable, but that kind of thing happens with vacation rentals. It wasn't terrible. Overall a really great stay!

Cozy and great location!
Loved this little cottage! Its far enough off the strip to be quiet but close enough we walked there. Everything was clean and well maintained. Downstairs bed was comfy! Hubby and I slept in separate beds since we are used to a king but we expected that so had no problem with it. He said he didn’t sleep well in the upstairs bed but I can’t personally speak to it. Owners are so nice!! She met us there to show us around which was great and communication prior to stay was outstanding. She even recognized our anniversary which was such a thoughtful touch. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

This cottage is a beautiful property. Bill and Shelli met us upon arrival and gave us great tips and suggestions for our 2 day stay. The place felt like home. Everything we needed was available for us. It is within walking distance to the strip but located in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely book this again. Memories were made!

Quaint cottage and ideal location
We stayed at Shelli & Bill’s property last summer and very much enjoyed it. Our son asked if we could come back this summer for his birthday and stay at the same cottage. This time we also brought our cousin’s son, so we had two 8-year-olds with us. Just as last year, the cottage was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect for visiting the strip, numerous beaches, and old downtown Ashtabula. We will likely stay again next year, because it’s just perfect for us!

Quiet / friendly neighborhood
We loved the house and yard and fire pit ! The only thing was it was about a 15 min walk to town which we knew that going in but my friend had just hurt her back and couldn’t walk far so we ended up staying at the house. But all was good because it was more about just being together with my long time friends. Thank you 😊
