Palladium was wonderful, as always. We arrived the day after a Category 4 Hurricane -- everything was in working order, and the staff was busy keeping all of the guests happy and cleaning up hurricane debris. Always very friendly and go the extra mile to make your stay wonderful. Concierge Roberto was wonderful with booking restaurant reservations.

Loved the beach! Watching whales from resort and beach. Like that it’s a bit smaller. Has lots of character. The resort is showing some wear and tear. Rooms need to be updated a bit. Great place to relax!

The property was very nice, clean, and had easy access to different sides of the beautiful beach. However the best part about it definitely has to be the staff. Everyone was absolutely phenomenal and accommodating. From the front Desk and guest relations, Rosa and Eduardo where incredibly helpful and nice and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and special.

Check in process was definitely not the same as the last time. The person at the front desk acted like they were doing us a favor by helping us.

Terrible food! I was honestly surprised at how horrible the food was at this resort. If you missed the breakfast buffet in the morning, you were stuck with undercooked hamburgers and hotdogs by the pool. The buffet itself lacked in good quality food and was usually always picked over or gone if you didn't get there first thing in the morning. Property is in need of some updating and a good exterminator. Our room bathroom had quite a bit of mold. The restaurant food was subpar. Drinks were not great. The selection of beer, 2, was a complete bummer. The only saving grace was the wonderful staff. Manuel and Patricia at the pool bars were some of the hardest workers I have ever seen. The rest of the staff was always so friendly and helpful.
