Check in was rudely, I had 4 adults one teenager. I asked for extra blankets, because there wasn't any in the room. Staff automatically said they didn't have any. It's a Hotel? How don't they? No customer service experience obviously. I will not be back. Thank you rude lady.

A new well appointed hotel.

A beautiful hotel.  Very friendly staff.  Great breakfast items to choose from.  Will definitely stay there again!

This hotel way OK

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: pool area dirty/hot tub out of service
The hotel was clean and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The pool was ok. The pool area way dirty and the hot tub was broken. We were very disappointed, we really needed to get in the hot tub. The gym was also disappointing. Two treadmills and a bike.

Cleanest Hotel in Delano!

I've been coming through Delano since 1995 about every 4 to five years. and when the Holiday Inn Express came into town, I said finally! a place where I could use my priority club points! I got to say, these people keep a professional staff at hands and especially a CLEAN HOTEL! I think I about stayed at every hotel/motel in Delano and none of them top the Holiday Inn! Not afraid to take off my socks in the room, if that says anything :) The pool wasn't all that, but the spa was good. Oh and the morning breakfast was awesome! I personally thanked the manager and front desk guys for coming to this town. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel the next time I'm in town.
