My husband and I came here for the 2nd half of our honeymoon. The property is gorgeous!! Very beautiful hotel. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to stay and want to stick close to the resort, this is a very good choice. My husband and I didn’t realize how far from Ubud this place is, and if you don’t reserve a spot on the shuttle in advance you are stuck at the resort all day. Also, the last shuttle back to the resort in the afternoon is early, so unless you find transportation on your own you can’t stay out late to enjoy the nightlife. My husband and I were getting cabin fever and asked if we could use credit for our last night to use at their other resort near Seminyak. We figured their company wouldn’t be losing any money, and we’d be happier with more to do. They said No. We said we’d forego our last night there and asked if they could give a discount at their other resort. They said No. In the end we just forefeited our last night, booked a ride with Bali’s form of Uber, and stayed somewhere else completely. It was just disappointing how rigid they were. Also, some of the things they advertised were not as nice as they sound, like the driving range, the animal farm and a portion of the walking path was closed. Again, if you’re happy with just staying at the pool all day then it’s a great choice.
