The desk staff were very helpful and allowed us in the room early. The pool was great the water soft and nice shade for sitting. For a low cost hotel it was great value for money, with a comfortable bed and large bathroom.

The staff and management are fantastic. However, the property is not like the photos they have on Expedia or anywhere else. The property is in need of an update and more maintenance as it is looking very tired and unkept. The pool area is very disappointing. The manager was very obliging however in giving me an upgrade to their sister hotel Bali Rani for a reasonable cost which was 100 times better.

Rani Hotel and Spa was comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located to the airport and shopping Rani is well priced and a restfull stay. Would definitely stay there again.
