Overall excellent. Shower... I felt a bit unsafe... Slippery. Water took awhile to get hot. Other than that it was a beautiful hotel/property.

Best customer service ever!!!
We have stayed at this hotel previously. It is gorgeous! The customer service was amazing. We flew into BWI and our flight was delayed but Sherri Norton communicated frequently by text and made sure our reservation was held even though we arrived at around 2am. She is a gem and reduced my anxiety greatly. Roscoe was a pleasure and checked us in late and knew of our delay. Kudos to these two staff! The only issue we had this time but not previously was that we could not regulate the heat and the room stayed around 76-79 F. We set the thermostat to 68 F. In all fairness, we did not call the desk because it was past 2am.

Temperature control Cooold
I had several problems one was with the loilet, which stopped working and the other was the temperature control in the room - very cold and i informed the front but nothing was done - this is a recurring problem the last visit the inability to adjust the temperature in the room. I am also seeing a problem with the reservation itself and will inform my bank.
