Staff jocelyn, chris, and moya gave inaccurate info that the hotel would have views of fireworks for the new years. Fireworks were not at the lake front nor were they in view. We notified the hotel manager that agreed to provide full refunds and we checked out!

This hotel is more like an event center. No valet service. No help with luggage. Parking is across the street in a 3-story garage which was pretty much full on Friday night. Watered down shampoo and conditioner. Great restaurant but no room service.
