This rare 2-bedroom 1.5-bathroom two story condo has everything you need. The unit comes with Netflix, Disney+, self check-in, high speed WiFi and free underground parking.

Step into the unit is the fully equipped kitchen, passing through dining & living area with a pullout couch, it is the mountain view deck where you can relax with your family or friends. Walk to the upper floor there are two vaulted ceiling bedrooms, you can choose either the south mountain view one with a luxury king size bed or the north one with a comfortable queen size bed to spend your night.

Only a short WALK distance (7 minutes to Elevation Place and 12 minutes to main street) from downtown Canmore and 7 minutes drive to Banff Gate. An ideal base to explore the Banff national park area.

Please be noted that currently there's a construction nearby, potential noise during the weekdays.

Great Property
It was a relaxing few days. While the weather was snowy and colder than we would have liked there were lots of things to do. The Park Pass is a real perk and much appreciated. We would recommend this property.

The suite was clean. Parking was underground and secure, able to accommodate a pick-up truck with 7'6" clearance. The beds were good quality and comfortable. Great view of the Three Sisters mountains. Good communication from host.

Great Location
The location of this property was absolutely perfect! A quick easy walk to downtown Canmore near plenty of restaurants and shops. Only a 20-30 minute drive to downtown Banff as well. The host was great to communicate with and the chick in/out process was seamless. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a great visit. The condo is approx 10 minutes walk from the center of Canmore. The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was quick to respond to queries and checked in via email to make sure all was well. Would recommend.

Great location in Canmore
The owner is very easy to communicate with and the property was clean. The duplex apartment was located in very easy walking distance to Downtown and a range of individual shops and supermarkets. The Park Pass is a thoughtful addition, as is the underground car parking space. Near the main highway, it provided a quiet location with easy access up to Banff National Park.
