Banff Inn is a great hotel to stay when you are in Banff It is reasonably priced, clean, quiet and beds were comfortable We didn’t use the amenities this trip the hotels has a restaurant with limited hours that looked nice. We had a gourmet breakfast at the Juniper hotel across the highway. There is about a 5 block walk to the main shopping, restaurants in Banff

Was nice but could benefit from new doors as people next to us were partying until late and we could hear them not through the walls but through the doors. We were on a corner unit which exacerbated the problem. Steam room was lovely

Hot tub was not working Parking is for compact only. Parked on street Small SUV no way Room was very tight with beds. No room for socialization. 2 chairs. Tiny table but sleeps 6? Charged extra for 5th person in a sleeps 6 room. No extra towels, coffee or provisions provided for the charge. The value for the price was not as expected. Photos on web are misleading. It’s very small. Location is great. Many other better options in area.

Great stay, super kind and friendly
Nothing but kindness and super helpful service we got. From Mariela on the phone, then Patricia and Dan getting us a room with amazing view to enjoy and Elmer helping us enjoy the many adventures Banff offers . Always smiley and friendly, including cleaning crew. Feta, spinach, olive Pizza at Carlito's, sooo good, we ate it twice. Ryan at Carlitos Pizzaria, also kind and friendly. We had an amazing stay and we will be back during the summer.
