I booked an oceanfront deluxe room. When I arrived I was told they were overbooked so that room was unavailable but they could give us another room. Having no other options and given that we needed a place to spend the day as we had just gotten off a cruise ship, we said ok assuming we were simply getting a non- oceanfront room. When we were given our room later that afternoon, we were swnt across the street to a 2 story apartment very old and rundown. Air only in the bedroom and open windows. The room faced the street and as of this writing, we have been hearing cars spending by, honking and playing loud music. I feel we were taken advantage of given that we had already paid in full and by the time we got into our room we were left without any options. The resort itself was fine.

I liked the updates to rooms and especially bathrooms. Would suggest that breakfast include option for those who only want a cup of coffee and s piece of toast rather than huge buffet every morning

My room had no facility for gathering water for coffee, had to get water from the bathroom, also had to use the bathroom sink to wash cups and dishes. I didn't get the two double beds I paid for.Instead, my son and I had to pull two single beds together for comfort and to avoid falling to the floor while asleep. The person at the front desk promised to look into our bed situation but nothing was done, we slept for eleven nights on a make shift bed.

My Husband and I had an amazing stay ay Coconut Beach Hotel, after checking out of the Hilton due extending our vacation and downscaling. The staff and the people at this hotel are exceptional, its a small hotel, but i had the best time, and regret not staying in this hotel from the start of my vacation. Their Beach is amazing, the staff is super friendly. After 7 pm, everything at Hilton shuts down and its gets very quiet, with this Hotel there is more to do, as the crowd is small, and always good company. And you will find yourself interacting with different couples and guests which was amazing. The beach Bar is exceptional. The 3 Gentleman that works there Antonio, Adio and Ryan are just perfect hosts. We have been to Barbados before and recently prior to staying at the Hilton. never experience such an exceptional services. They are one of the reason that makes this hotel unique and to my personal experiences and their interaction with all the other guests is what makes this hotel excellent. They treat their guests with so much respect, class and elegancy. I was very skeptical when i booked into the hotel, but from the moment i checked in all i felt was one the best service with the staff. They are all amazing, Front Desk, The Restaurant staff and the amazing trio at the beach Bar. The only reason i did not rate all excellent , the beds and sheet was not the best, but your staff made us overlook all that. The hotel is close to everything , and we will be back.
